Enrolment Procedures

Application for Enrolment

It is free to submit an online Application for Enrolment. You can also download an application form on this website, or telephone us to receive an Enrolment pack. All applications must eventually be made on a full Application for Enrolment form. A $55 application fee is payable at such time. This is usually in the year prior to enrolment.

Enrolment Interview

After your Application for Enrolment is received, you will be contacted to arrange an Enrolment Interview between your child, our Principal and yourself. This is an important step in our enrolment process, as it allows all parties to discuss specific needs in relation to the child's education and development. We request that you bring your child's two most recent school reports and any other relevant documentation eg awards, diagnostic test results, to the interview.

At Orange Grammar, we make the effort to ensure we get to know your child, and allow your child the opportunity to get to know us, prior to committing to an Orange Grammar education.

If all parties are satisfied that a mutually satisfying relationship can be otained, a position will be offered to the Applicant.

Enrolment Fee

A Non Refundable Enrolment Fee of $200 (per child) is payable when a position is accepted.

Enrolment Complete

Once the enrolment fee has been paid, the applicant's position is secure. You will then be required to complete various documents, including a Health and Medical form for your child.
