Our Community

Children are a community's greatest resource. They are the future of our world. At Orange Grammar we want ensure that our students are given opportunities to share their good fortune with children less fortunate. Our School community includes Jeny, from El Salvador, and Michael from Eucador, with whom our students have a very special relationship.

Through their sponsorship of these children through the Compassion organisation our students provide the opportunity for them to become healthy and fulfilled adults, experience God's love, hear and respond to the Gospel, and bring about lasting change to their families and communities.

Regular letters to Jeny and Michael make it possible for our students to learn moreabout the lives these children live in countries vastly different to our own.

Student initiated fund raising activities take place throughout the year and raise the funds required not only to support both children, but also to provide gifts for them on their birthdays and at Christmas.
