Prep at OAGS
Prep at OAGS is a pre-Kindergarten program for children over the age of 4. The Prep program focuses on these key learning areas to promote a positive self-concept and to give children the opportunity to achieve at their best in preparation for formal schooling.
COMMUNICATION; CREATIVITY; CRITICAL THINKING; LITERACY; NUMERACY; CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING; ENVIRONMENTAL UNDERSTANDING; SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT; TECHNOLOGY and HEALTH and PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.
OAGS Prep operates five days a week, offering a 3 day program (Mon/Tues/Weds), a 2 day program (Thurs/Fri) and a 5 day program (Mon - Fri) from 9am - 3pm during normal school terms. Students are eligible to begin this program once they turn 4 years of age (subject to availability of positions). As part of this 'play-based' program the students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of whole school events including Christian Studies, Music and Assemblies.
